IT ALL beGINS WITH A GOAL…
The first step is to set a goal—it tells us which direction to follow and how to reach it. A goal also increases our motivation. The more the goal is specific, the clearer the road that leads to it becomes, and the deeper the motivation will take root.

Once we’ve built a specific and satisfying goal, we will use NLP tools and techniques that will help put you in a resourceful mindset in order to generate custom solutions that you can put into action immediately.

As we try new and different solutions, we pay close attention to direct and indirect feedback.
Sometimes, our solutions work perfectly right out of the gate, so we do more of them and amplify their impact.
Often, we use feedback cycles to enhance and refine our strategies. We make adjustments, try them on, analyze the new feedback, then adjust, try, analyze and so on until we find a solution that works the way we want it to.
My goal is to make myself obsolete (what a terrible business plan). If I’ve done my job right, once you’ve reached your goal and become autonomous in maintaining your solutions, you no longer need me. The coaching for your specific goal ends and you can stop giving me your money.
